What actually happens in a session?

Sessions are conversational but intentional. You will meet together with your therapist to explore what is coming up in your relationship, look at patterns over time, and learn tools that help you communicate more clearly and feel more grounded with each other. Sessions are 50 minutes and evolve with you.

Do I need to have a specific problem to start therapy?
