Fertility Therapy Treatment
In Person and Virtual in New York City
Support that holds you through the uncertainty, not just the outcome.
Your Space to Process
Feeling overwhelmed and frustrated are common reactions to fertility challenges, but you don’t have to struggle alone. The ups and downs make you feel like you’re on an emotional rollercoaster.
Explaining the medical experience can be dehumanizing, we are fluent in a language you may never have wanted to learn. Allow yourself to process your emotions and experiences while working towards a place of healing and integration.
Anxiety is proven to interfere with fertility, so enter a treatment that will help you decrease your stress levels and fortify your resolve as you navigate this delicate process. We will always be honest with you, therapy will not manifest a positive pregnancy test, however it will make this difficult time more tolerable.
When You Are Ready for Change
You may feel like you are on an emotional rollercoaster. One moment hopeful, the next overwhelmed or discouraged. It can feel isolating, especially when it seems like others do not fully understand what you are going through.
There can be pressure to stay positive, to keep going, or to hold it together. At the same time, you may be carrying anxiety, frustration, grief, or a sense of loss that is hard to put into words.
For some, the medical process itself feels overwhelming. The language, the decisions, and the uncertainty can add another layer of stress. For others, it is the emotional weight of waiting, hoping, and not knowing what comes next.
Fertility therapy is a space where you do not have to navigate this alone. It allows you to process your emotions honestly, while building the support and resilience needed to move through this experience in a way that feels more grounded and supported.

Frequently Asked Questions
What actually happens in a session?
Sessions are conversational but intentional. We create space to process what you are experiencing, explore patterns in how you are coping, and introduce tools that help you feel more grounded and supported. Each session is 50 minutes.
Will this help with the stress of fertility treatment?
Yes. Therapy can help you better manage the emotional impact of the process, reduce anxiety, and feel more steady as you navigate each step.
Can I come to therapy alone or with my partner?
Both options are welcome. Some people come individually, while others include their partner to work through the experience together.
What types of therapy do you use?
We integrate psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and positive psychology. In simple terms: we help you understand the “why,” while also giving you tools for the “now.”
Will therapy really make a difference?
Yes, but not overnight. Therapy is a process. With consistency, most clients notice meaningful shifts in how they think, feel, and show up in their lives.
