Part One: Fertility & Reproductive Health
Unsuccessfully trying to expand your family can be a painful and isolating experience. While many of your friends and family may also have trouble, most people conceal their difficulties until they have a positive outcome to report. As a result, you may feel you are suffering all alone.
We are here to walk this path with you, through the uncertainty, the grief, the hope, and every complicated feeling in between.
Protecting Your Mind Through the Process
Anxiety and depression are proven to interfere with fertility, so entering treatment can help you decrease your stress levels and fortify your resolve as you navigate this delicate process. We will always be honest with you, therapy will not manifest a positive pregnancy test, however it will make this difficult time more tolerable.

Whould This Help Me?
When Parenting Feels Harder than expected
Parenting has never been harder. Many parents are so busy they don’t realize the effects of their stress. Postpartum mental health issues are often underreported and undertreated. This is a challenging time of life, but therapy can dramatically improve your emotional functioning and bonding with your child. Frequently Asked Questions
I'm not sure I'm ready to talk about this, is that okay?
Completely. You don’t need to arrive with words for everything. Many people come to their first session not knowing where to begin. We follow your lead, always. There is no pressure to share more than feels right.
Will I have to retell my entire medical history?
No. We understand that recounting your medical journey can feel retraumatizing. We are fluent in the language and literature of reproductive medicine and postpartum care, you won’t need to explain or justify your experience. We meet you where you are.
Can therapy actually make a difference here?
Yes. Research shows anxiety and depression can interfere with fertility, and postpartum mental health issues are widely underreported and undertreated. Therapy won’t change your medical outcomes, but it can meaningfully reduce your stress, improve your resilience, and make an incredibly hard time more tolerable, and that matters enormously.
Are you currently accepting new patients?
We are not currently accepting new patients. We invite you to join our waitlist and we will be in touch as soon as space becomes available. We don’t want you to feel turned away, we simply want to ensure every patient receives the full care and attention they deserve.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. We offer both in-person and virtual sessions in New York. We understand that attending appointments during an intensive fertility cycle or with a newborn at home can be genuinely difficult, flexibility is important to us.
